Buyer Pre-Qualification:

To purchase a home you must be pre-qualified. Due to the large number of buyers and our policy of no auctions or campouts, our
builder requires all buyers be pre-qualified. All
registered buyers who have been pre-qualified will be given first selection of units in our next release.
You may still use any lender of your choice. Apply securely online or print out
and fax or mail it to Ord & Rodgers Homes.
